Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for hair extensions only, within 14 days of delivery of purchase in its original packaging.  Hair bundles in its original state uncut, unused, unworn with no alterations, hair is not bleached or dyed. Modified or custom lace wigs, closures and frontal, lashes, and other accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded due to sanitary and delicateness of these products. You will need to email  qbcutehair@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your custom wig so that if any issue arose we can reach a resolution. After 14 days we cannot offer you an exchange.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is also subject to further investigation and verification at our discretion. Please mail your Package to

SALE ITEMS

 All sales are final including custom, modified or ready to ship wig services.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled up to 12 hrs after purchase, please email us regarding same. MUST have a PayPal account to get a refund. A restocking fee of $20 will apply.

 

Stolen Or Lost Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once your order has been shipped,  you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route as well as a tracking number will be issued. A tracking number is a valid proof that the package was received by the purchaser.
