THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

This is the time it takes to receive hair/product from our hair vendors as well as to create your wig, however if the product you ordered is from a certain collections of wig that maybe and is not limited to our custom collections,this procedure is neccessary. Wigs on hand will be styled quality checked and will be available to ship. We also use this time for Quality Control to ensure our standards and requirements are met, thus ensuring you receive quality product and service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please use the information to track your parcel after 24 hours.

To ensure that your package is safely delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is entered correctly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that you provide us. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. StylishStyles does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.
